And with the good fortune of living in Northern California with its bounty of fantastic fresh ingredients and easy access to exceptional wine, what’s not to love? Top that off with his role as director at Ketchum San Francisco, home of the agency’s legendary culinary center and the heart of its food culture, Dave has unbridled access to the latest and greatest. And enjoys every mouthful.
